Location was very optimal for my husband and I. Close to places that we were interested in going.

I didn't realize that the King room would not have a microwave. We've been satisfied with our Hampton Inn stays. Wondering if it would be better to go directly through Hampton.

Breakfast was especially good for a hotel breakfast. The staff worked hard to keep things warm and ready. Check in staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Beds were uncomfortable (especially the pillows) and the room was EXTREMELY noisy. Some weird thumping noise all night long.

Convenient, looked clean.

Barking dog next to us all night, check-in guy double charged our credit card and was making comments about on of our party’s breath. Bed was quite hard.

Very convenient for late night or early morning flights.

Strangely hard to access on foot (because of fences), even though it is right across from the airport terminal. Staff when I got there was very gruff. Morning staff seemed more friendly.

First time this has ever happened to me checking into a hotel- the front desk guy didn’t ask for ID when checking in. He asked only my name and gave me key cards. He barely spoke and when he did he was mumbling so low you couldn’t hear him. The man in front of me checking in asked if there was an on ramp to the freeway (which the hotel is right off of) and the desk guy said (mumbling & low) “I have no idea”. What?!?! The man asking was from out of state so I could understand why he was asking this. I helped him out by telling him that yes there is and where it was located. He also was not asked for ID or anything, just given room keys and sent on his way. I swear the desk guy was stoned or something. Alot of the other hotel guests were loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate- screaming (I mean screaming VERY loudly) up and down the halls all night long. I know that is not the fault of the hotel but I know people called the desk about it and nothing was done by the staff.

Not up to the Hampton standard. Staff not friendly. Not kept as clean as other Hamptons.

It was average for the facility

Close to airport, rental, restaurants, and crew were kind. I liked the whole mood of hotel as well. Services are good in general.

Internet speed was so slow or wifi connection was kinda unstable. But it’s okay since anywhere else were equally slow lol. Power outlet was loose so we had difficulty at charging our phones and devices, so we had to buy extension.
