We didn’t like that they offered breakfast that was only cereal and coffe but not milk. Never staff to ask a question

BLUE Ridge was a good location for what we wanted to do. the hotel was close to downtown and route 76. it was a nice suite with a couch, table and stove. not that we used the stove but it was a nice option. the staff was helpful

the breakfast wasn't the best selection but covid has made that a problem at many places. the bugs in the room near the end of our week stay will keep us from staying there again even though it was otherwise a very nice suite.

Only apples and for yogurt for breakfast, NO Internet. Rooms overpriced. Nobody at desk at night before closing.

Poor accommodations. The only thing that was good, we had hot water.

Fix the pool. No since saying pool view went you looking at pool with cover over it. Main reason I book the hotel because it said room with pool view. So I look at a hole in the ground. The staff was not friendly at all. Trying to cancel the room booking.com would not let me

It was close to the shops and restaurants. It was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. rooms very clean. Staff was accommodating. very reasonable price.

The pool was closed due to monkeypox, this was not the hotels fault. There was no Wi-Fi don’t know why but was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi during the whole visit. The lobby did not have any drinks like bottled water or soft drinks that you could buy.

The owners were wonderful, extremely nice and kind, couldn't ask for better people. ❤️ Close to some restaurants and shopping.

If your use to staying in really nice hotels this is not the one for you. We were on a budget for this trip, the first time in about 15 years, the paint was neon yellow and neon green, very very bright, the beds are stiff so if you like soft beds these are not it, the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, the door inside the closet was off the hinges. I really didn't want to leave a true review because the people are so wonderful, the nicest I've encountered at a hotel in years. But I want everyone to be prepared, and if you have asthma like I do, the smell might trigger an attack, someone went as far as putting a Christmas tree air freshener in the air conditioning unit. I had sisters with me who are use to staying in these kinds of places and they had no complaints, so it really boils down to what your use to staying in.

I liked the location. It wasn't far from everything downtown.

You pay extra for breakfast and a pool . Online it said it's open yet upon arrival it's closed. I was looking forward to the pool. I could have went somewhere else cheaper without a pool since it wasn't available, they included breakfast as well at the other establishment. The refrigerator barely ran and only kept items cool instead of cold. Had to toss away the milk for cereal away since it wasn't the right temperature. My yogurt was also tossed.

Location was quiet, parking lot was well lit, owner was very nice and accomodating. Room was very nice and clean.

There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and shower curtain and ants all over the bathroom floor. The inside of the door frame came away from the wall and you could tell it had been "repaired" several times before. I requested an extra bed because my son and daughter do not sleep well together and when I asked about it the employee asked how many children I had and when I said two told me absolutely not. They were supposed to be upon availability and instead of that option he just decided he just decided we couldn't have it so my son had to sleep on the floor.
