Very clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed

The lighting in room too dim.

Breakfast was good.

Bathrooms were small. They have a tub but couldn't take a bath because of the plug. Didn't get new towels and we were there 3 nights. Our TV stopped working and wouldn't come on. Had to wait till the next day in the morning they told us for maintenance to look at it. We were where we needed to be in the morning till about 3 and came back and no 1 came to look at the TV. We requested a hot tub and also didn't get that.

Pool was great ..large clean and warm ..room was clean and functional..breakfast was very good ...nice very large open area behind the hotel ..see my grandkids enjoying..becoming my Poconos goto place

I liked that it was clean, the amenities, easy check in & out.

Good Location.

Heater/AC didn't work, Someone's luggage was left in closet, screaming in hallway overnight, phone rang overnight with someone making weird sounds.

The breakfast was wonderful everything was fresh, and hot they had batter for you to make your own waffle my daughter really enjoyed making her waffle she love that the waffle had a heart shape in the center with there logo…..perfect location about a minute away from the Poconos premium outlet mall.

We really enjoyed the pool,the breakfast and the view of the place,also a costumes service was great! Thank you!!

Location, staff was nice and bed was comfortable.

There was a guy sleeping on the couch in the hall during the night and the power went out when i was in the shower. Also the room wasn't too clean (the chair had stains all over). I overall expected more for the price.
