Excellent location and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was very clean, tidy and well thought out for our stay. Lila is a super host and nothing we encounter would deter us from staying here. Also she does not require 2 nights which was perfect as we could only get away for one!!!
The stairs were steep but it is an old house so to be expected. The toilet a little crowded but cute set up. Electricial plugs few but also due to older home. But none of these would cause us not to stay again for sure.

It was very clean and the owner was really friendly.
The breakfast was Great and made with love! Lila is an amazing host. It‘s really comfortable to stay there, it was already our second time and we‘d love to be back.

The owner was lovely, helpful and available. The breakfast was delicious!
The owner admitted she didn't clean the comforter after every guest, which was disturbing and the sheets were stained (or not cleaned). The shower was incredibly small and difficult to move in and the toilet was put right up against the bathtub so you couldn't sit on it normally. The house wasn't locked and we didn't receive a key, so it was nerve-wracking every time we left. My husband was fine with everything, so I guess it depends on your comfort level.

The host Lila was attentive. The house was very cozy and nice with details on it's history. Our hostess remembered our daughter is allergic to some foods and even reminded us what year our last stay was (4 years ago). Hopefully we'll be back again in a few more years.

It reminded us of my grandmas family home so it felt like home to us. The food was amazing.

The location was very convenient to the town square and several restaurants. The breakfast was good and arrived exactly when requested.
It was a bit dusty and there was hair in the bathroom from prior guests.

My husband and I enjoyed the peace & quiet Price House Inn provided. Having the entire top floor to ourselves was like had our own home. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the lovely screened porch. Highly recommend

This is a great old charming house. You cannot beat the location. Lila is an amazing host. She is sweet and friendly. We enjoyed her breakfast every morning.

Thay had really nice selection of movies, great breakfast, really more than I expected, great old house, wonderful couple running the place, will be going again.

Breakfast was exceptional and difference and very good, Lili was just adorable and fun, walked to a great restaurant at dinner, really liked the bedrooms and that there was a special room to hang out in, play cards, and laugh a lot.

I was traveling alone and it was refreshing to be in a lovely home instead of an impersonal hotel room. Lillie was a great host and the breakfast was awesome! It is also walking distance to a great restaurant for dinner.
