The thing that made my stay very disappointing was that train tracks running right by my window,with all the nice comforts of the room unfortunately I couldn't get a good night sleep as a few trains went by that night.

It was a good location. Very comfy rooms, staff was nice.

The breakfast was not refilled enough. We went down at 8am and there was barely anything left. We had to eat out that morning. Next morning we went down at 6am. But it’s a bummer because we wanted to relax.

The room had a funky smell, the room I reserved said it was a King Bed, but it was smaller than a Queen size, and not comfortable at all.

We didn’t have any problems changing our rooms when we had a problem with the first room. The front desk was very accommodating about the lighting situation. We were also very happy there was a fire department across the street because we were very worried the place was going to burn down because of electrical issues!

We had to change rooms due to our lights not working because of the outlet being pulled out of the wall in the first room. In the second room I tried to use the shower and water was not draining and when I removed the plug there was a large pile of hair clogging the drain. The elevator inspection was three months overdue. When we tied to plug our computer in the outlet we were unable to due to the plug from the lamp was broken off into the outlet. Unfortunately my money was non-refundable so I couldn’t go stay somewhere else that I would feel safe and clean!
