Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool and spa. The pool had kids running and jumping in going from the pool to the hot tub visa versa. While we were in. They both need painted or something. Looks bad. Jets didn't work on the spa.

You have to take your towels to front desk to get new towels! They don’t empty garbage from room to room! Room cards lost their magnetic to be able to get back into room or into building! Should have more variety for breakfast

The location was great! The kindness and attentiveness of the staff.. Absolutely impeccable! Allie, Sara, Mariah, and Dee were not lazy with requests they were prompt and happy to be of any help!

The bed, upon my arrival and pulling the blankets back, had hair on it. Long brown curly hair and rally small brown hairs on one bed, and the other bed had yellowish stains on the comforter (like why,? How??). The hot tub was broken Nand the pool closed an hour before the signs said it would... The place felt like a $50 motel. But they charged $120-$150 per night. The breakfast was the exact same every day. Folded eggs with cheese, potatoes, and sausage. No bacon ever I couldn't beileve it. The water doesn't wash the clothes well AT ALL . Too many issues, i actually uninvited my family and cut the stay by a day... I voiced my concerns to the night guy who basically said that I should have called first... yeah, right like they'd tell me that my bed sheets would be dirty over the phone?? I will not ever be back but I'd love to hire the staff to come and work for me someday! I am almost sure something was biting me! If not for your amazing daytime staff, you guys would have 1 star maximum!

The room --- both the main area and the bathroom --- had much more "elbow room" than the typical hotel rooms I've stayed in. Very much appreciated.

The property was very nice, the area was nice and it served the purpose as we live 2 miles away but our electricity was out and we needed a safe warm place to sleep and use our CPAP machines.

We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast. They could extend those hours a bit longer, 10 is early when you check in late and exhausted. Also, I used the laundry facility and that could have used a good cleaning. The lint trap in the dryer was so packed I almost couldn't get the screen out.
