Clean, somewhat easy process

Due to some sort of technical issue my booking was apparently showing “cancelled”. This did not cause an issue at check-in but however caused an issue in the middle of the night when an employee entered our room around 4am seemingly under the impression that the room was empty. Everyone was super nice and apologetic but it could’ve been much worse since we were basically asleep when a stranger entered our room! I didn’t love the $220+ price tag when it’s not in the most convenient location to downtown. But, it was a last minute booking so, I did what was necessary.

Everything. It was great.

That I could not renew my room for another night.

Staff was nice

The room felt damp. The hall light shined bright in our room all night.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast area, breakfast and the lady staff member that was working the area were all very nice.

Can't think of anything.

Room was very nice with useful features and details. Fitness room looked great.

The glass shower doors are a problem in many hotels. They shift and fail to open and close smoothly after time. The location wasn't spectacular. There was moderate highway noise and the hotel is a little isolated, but many amenities are a short drive away. Food service and convenience amenities were borderline for a 3-star hotel.

The day we checked in we were met with a well knowledge and professional clerk. Very caring, created a wow experience for my wife and I. Highly recommend springHill suites!!

Rooms were so big and clean.

The was no fruit at the breakfast bar. Lol! I’m having to nit pit since everything was wonderful.

It was really spacious, clean, and the staff was nice!

I liked it all!
