Location. Friendly front desk staff. Comfortable beds good a/c. Decent shower water pressure.

Bathroom fan doesn’t work. Two of three lamps not working.

It was clean and the beds were sooo comfortable.

The pool was tarped over and couldn’t be used.

The location was good for us to get to red rocks and back

We found blood spots in several Places in our room. One spot was in the Kleenex flower on the actual tissue and there were a couple Spots on the white decor throw on the bed. We also got put right by the elevator in room 300 and it was not ideal for sleeping.

Nice lobby and breakfast area. Pool area was a plus, although it was closed during part of our stay. Breakfast was included, but items weren’t restocked when they ran out.

Needs a deep cleaning. Room and bed were ok, but windows were very dirty. Light switches and other books and crannies were dirty. Halls were dingy. Lots of traffic noise.

Check in went well.

Larger area to walk dog. 100 dollar up front fee at check in- never seen that before.

The Hotel was in a good location and liked the breakfast they offered as well as the main lobby

There was little things I found such as missing screw for the bathtub drain as well as the phone being unplugged I also noticed a broken railing in the elevator the deck that was built for the hot tub seemed to be in poor condition as well overall a good place just a better maintenance guy also the WiFi is horrible

All went well, quiet and comfortable!!

Room had a large space at bottom of the door and every time someone walked by it was loud.
