Only one EV station available, and it was broken, staff wasn’t helpful with it. Pillows were really uncomfortable. Coffee is from a machine, and it is not hot (warm-ish).

The front desk staff gave another guest our room key and they got into our room at 330am while we were sleeping! The front desk then proceeded to call our room and ask us who was in it. When I called back and tried to clarify what was going on the staff member lied and said that another guest had “tried” to get into our room when, in fact, their room was right next door.

It's nothing any different from the other hotels in that area. Without a doubt parking can become an issue if you are making a luving during the evening and into the morning hours. Tired and then having to park out in the north 40 doesn't really make this dudes wish list. Infact I then had to carry all of my bags, backpack, food down from the 3rd floor through the lobby and then speed walk out to my car carrying everything I brought all I one shot. You might look a bit over loaded and by the time I made it to my car my arms were on fire. So now that I'm going into shock mostly because I I wanted to ad some flare to my speedwalk and went with a slightly lower stance, straight back arms had no option other than mega straight as they were being pulled tight by the two y6duffelbags full of lead and mercury. I Implemented a 4 count beat that I swing My hips out in, out in . To the finish, throwing bags into the backseat both arms wanted to float over my head. Thanks.

Nothing it's gone down hill

Dirty, lights out, front desk person not professional looking ( looked like person off of streets) not friendly, food horrible, room curtain missing , room was unlocked and open when we arrived , felt unsave

The towels were small and we only had two. The pillows were also very small.

Breakfast was typical motel food - well prepared. They were out of some items and one of the coffee machines was out of order, but we managed to get a decent breakfast before hitting the road.

I was greeted by a wonderful desk clerk at almost 2 am who could see I was exhausted. He gave me a bottle of water and offered me snacks as I had not eaten all day. I didn't except the snack because was just too tired to even eat. But his kindness was truly appreciated.

As I was caught up in the continued SW airlines delays and cancelations. I asked if I could get a late check out to sleep longer and was told no. My sister's flight was supposed to arrive at 9 am but canceled. She didn't arrive until almost 5 pm. So I had to spend 6 hrs wasting time until she arrived. I was still exhausted. Feel asleep in a parking lot at a stripe mall for a few hours. As I travel frequently and have to use hotels this is my first and will be my last stay with Comfort Inn.
