We were greeted with a warm friendly smile. Everything was explained before we could even inquire. The facility appeared new but evidently was 12 years old. We will look to see if there are any My Place locations when we travel again.

Unfortunately the HVAC system wasn't functioning correctly. It was cycling on and off and the fan was clicking on something when it was running. Unfortunately, I failed to mention this as we were leaving early in the morning.

very comfortable bed, sofa allowed watching TV w/o having to sit in bed (!), bathroom was great with an (almost) walk-in shower.

Very nice, clean rooms and many amenities. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Frozen breakfast. Would not accept cash for candy bars and treats; purchase w/credit card is cumbersome and recorded by room number. No in-house phone to call other rooms from lobby.

everything thing. most staff where rude n for having a kitchenette in the room there where no cooking stuff available in the room, ridiculous to have to go to the front desk and have to pay to rent a pot!

T was in a rush to be on my way. I had to be in another city 750 miles away by the next afternoon. I only had time to sleep and wash up before I left. They brought my breakfast tray right away and I was able to be on my way before the next morning. My little cat was welcomed and well accommodated, he loved the large bathroom where he stayed for most of the night while I slept. I loved having a stovetop and a very nice apartment size refrigerator. I would stay here again when I had more time. This place would be perfect for a birding dog and hunter.

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom, not far from both units of the Theodore Roosevelt national park. Lots of restaurants within a 5min drive.

No utensils at all in the kitchenette. Fridge a bit noisy. No milk with the cereals ordered for breakfast.

We had all the facilities including a small kitchenette with a toaster and stove top. The room and the attached bathroom were spacious and clean. Excellent value for the money.

Super clean, super quiet, super comfortable. Love the full kitchen option. If we had been there longer, we would have made full use of it..

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated! we would definitely stay here again!

One of the beds had obviously been slept in and remade. There was a old banana in the fridge and the clock was sitting in a puddle of coffee or soda.

We didn't eat the breakfast because we had other plans.

The female receptionists were helpful and apologetic. That is the only reason I didn't give you the poorest rating for staff. One male receptionist was friendly but totally inept. He made the following comments. When asked about the availability of rooms "I,m sure we will have some we'll have a lot of people leaving. Not a specific response to yes or no, two rooms are available on those dates. When by phone I reported we had left the coffee pot on. His reply " Don't worry it won't catch fire. He did not reserve the room I requested for the right time period. He could not mage the extension. Referred us to female staff.

We did not receive any room service the entire 4 days we were there. We did not request this on the first day. On the second day my husband spoke directly with the housekeeper advising we wanted our room cleaned and new linens. She did not provide this. We did not receive any services the third and day either. Facilities and value downgraded due to lack of service.
