The location and use of amenities. Staff was great.
The resort is outdated. The rooms and pool need updating. The room decor is outdated. The balconies need power washing and painting. Furniture needs updating. The pool - tile is coming loose and fiber glass is chipping in some spots on the bottom.
The coffee pot definitely needs to be replaced.

La piscine chauffée, la location,il est très proche des manoirs (10 à 35 min à pied ou 5 min en auto) et des restaurants (5-10min). Stationnement gratuit ! Chambre très grand et spacieuse (+2 salles de bains).
Il manque une cuisinière dans la chambre/cuisine.

We enjoyed how roomy our units were. We shared the top floor with family members and had a most wonderful time. There was so much room it felt like a maze in each unit. Some of us were using the pool, relaxing with an occasional fire in the fireplace and walked along the path adjacent to the water. It was nice having a Keurig in our suite as we don't percolate coffee.
Had enough towels for our room. The location was conveniently close to many shops and restaurants that were open. We didn't have to go far to find something to enjoy. Oh, and the large sized washer and dryer were deceivingly awesome! I'm used to seeing these small units that clean only a few items at a time. Since there wasn't an oven or stove top range, glad to see an electric pan, good to make pancakes! Parking was conveniently close and we appreciated having an elevator for our trips up and down with purchases and supplies and suitcases.
Having to go to the main building for pool towels. Maybe there could be a few stored in the hall closet.
Missed having a stove top range to cook on.
