Bed was not made in our original room. Had to change rooms. That was the only complaint. Everything else was good.

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

The manager provided excellent support service. He's went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed it stay.

Friendly greeting from staff. I arrived late and desk person called me by name. Room was spacious and bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the eating and serving areas were comfortable and organized. It was located near the casino, and had easy entry. One of the best places I have ever stayed. I may plan another trip to Dodge city just to stay here!

Wish I could have spent more time.
