The elevator was not working and I came with my 5 grandchildren we were on the second floor ages 4, 2-7yr olds, 9 and 16

Large and comfortable room.
Wifi was spotty. Exercise gear didn't work properly. Toilet lever was faulty.stroking. fixtures outside was strobing.
The place seemed to be poorly maintained.

Please change the batteries in the smoke alarm on a regular basis. It is very difficult to sleep with the smoke alarm chirping all night!

pool was broken, breakfast was sparse and not well stocked, room wasn’t very clean, main pipe burst water was everywhere maybe should’ve closed hotel to fix quickly

We went to eat breakfast at 830. The hot food containers were empty except for a few sausage patties. Did not see anyone around so we left to eat elsewhere.
Our second key did not work. Went to the front desk 2 times, once at 5:00 pm and once at 10:15 pm, both times a sign was out “will be back in 5 minutes “, waited more than 5 minutes and no one showed up.

Bed was not made in our original room. Had to change rooms. That was the only complaint. Everything else was good.

The manager provided excellent support service. He's went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed it stay.

Friendly greeting from staff. I arrived late and desk person called me by name. Room was spacious and bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the eating and serving areas were comfortable and organized. It was located near the casino, and had easy entry. One of the best places I have ever stayed. I may plan another trip to Dodge city just to stay here!

The room was very clean and larger than I expected. They had accessible for handicap in the bathroom. Staff was very helpful and courteous
