The room itself was nice, bed was comfortable.

Looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Within a few minutes of being there a cockroach crawled across the desk/TV furniture. Shower had staining in hard to reach areas. Shower head was full of hard water deposits.

The beds are amazing and love the small kitchen and the pool and hot tub was amazing. Most of the Breakfast was amazing and the parking is super nice and amazing.

Some of the breakfast and don't like the holding system for the payments.

The breakfast was decent. I can't complain. The staff was super nice and the location was great. We had everything in walking distance. Being a hotel that allows pets, we were worried that our rooms would be less than great but we were wrong. There was no past smell of dogs or accidents and the furniture was in tact :)

The pillows were quite flat which caused slightly unrestful nights but other than that our stay was great.

I used to like everything about this place. But lots has changed.

Took a long time to check us in. It it weren’t for booking.com contacting them I would of been stuck with my children sleeping on the ground. Carpets were extremely stained and their was hair and mildew in shower. The bathroom toilet not functioning. Made noice all night !! Rooms ruined down from two years ago.

🤗🤗 🙋🏻‍♀️🐶 Desk Clerk, Latoo, was the best representative overall. She demonstrated professionalism while on duty. She was always busy doing her job, no matter what time I stopped in for questions or drink purchases. Compared to others on duty, Latoo deserves a monetary bonus. 👏👏👏🏆🏆🏆

😒 The desk clerk with red hair spent lots of time texting on her phone. 😒 I noticed trash inside and outside the hotel, daily. 😒 I felt that staff could have done better to keep premises cleaner. Were they sleeping? 🤔 The microwave in my room was dirty. Expired food in Frige. Hot water in lobby was brown. After seeing that, I was unable to eat or drink from hotel. Missed several days of breakfast and coffee, skeptical of cleanliness and healthy eating. 👎👎👎

I had to stand at the desk for several minutes, was never served. Then called from my room multiple lines and the call was never answered. So then called the main phone number from my personal phone, was not answered AT ALL the first time then called a second time to finally request trash bags.
