The beach was lovely

Everything about that hotel room I stayed in. It shouldn't be called a resort. It had absolutely nothing a resort usually has no spa, restaurants, or any of that stuff that resorts normally has. Paying for parking was ridiculous since I had already paid for a room . Worst place I have ever been to and I've been to many . Tvs were tiny and out dated ,furniture old, dirty and stained, and it truly looked like a motel room from the TV.

The playground for children is very nice. It is a beautiful place for the whole family. my children had a lot of fun.

The staff that you had painting or fixing the elevators should be told that first timers don't know where each of their facilities are and not yell at them because it was their first time. I yelled at some people because they just wanted to put the garbage in a can because we didn't know where to take the bag, but all good.

The condo was great. Check-in and out were great. Love the view!

The beach chairs and umbrella rentals were not included in the price. It is my fault for not double-checking that upon booking, but we have stayed at Splash multiple times, and all the other times, the owner included the chairs and umbrella in the cost of the booking. This is a deal breaker for us, so unless this owner rectifies that in the future, we will rent from another owner who does do that.

we have been going to the splash for a couple of years and over those couple of years the place is getting worse and worse!

no one ever brought us sheets for the sofa bed after I left a message twice. bathroom sink missing drain and second bathroom also missing drain

I loved the location!

I scheduled an early check-in which was verified by a confirmation email. When we arrived, the room was dirty, and I was repeatedly told there was no early check-in. My grandchildren and I had to stand outside the room (in 90 degree heat) with our things for several hours and wait for the space to be cleaned. At no point did anyone offer to check our luggage so we could stay in a more comfortable place while the room was being cleaned, nor did anyone apologize for any inconvenience this caused us. We were treated as if it we had done something wrong. It was a disappointing start to our vacation.

Our toddlers like to be barefoot so their feet stayed black and dirty from the room’s floors. only real complaint I have.

it was beachfront

the pools were dirty. there was food and cigarettes in the pool. The condo unit smelled of mildew, there was mold on the shower curtain and the bathtub, cobwebs on the walls, no extra blankets nor a blanket on the bed.

We arrived and another family was in our unit. Unit was not cleaned between guests leaving our unit we rented after a couple hours dealing with panhandle getaways and security with children. It was awful and will never stay at a panhandle location. They did nothing to compensate our disastrous stay.

Location is great, lovely view and super convenient to all shopping and attractions.

Same very welcoming lady when checking in as last year. Didn't catch her name, but super helpful and friendly.

My daughter's family was also scheduled to stay at the resort and the room they were booked for flooded and they ended up being displaced to another location that was 60 miles away. Disappointed that accommodations couldn't be found that were closer as we all were looking forward to spending time together.

The room was very clean and the play area for kids were great.

Only two elevators available, so you constantly have to use the stairs.
