The hot tub was out of order, the pool was cold, very slow draining water in the bathtub, spots on the blankets, the bar was open for 4 hours a day, 6pm - 10pm.

Room was clean. I was able to charge my vehicle. Had a billing issue. Contacted the property, they resolved it in a timely manner.

I always stay here when I’m in DL. It’s honestly the best location for access to lake foods Downtown basically everything.

Most of the rooms are decent. This time I stayed in a jacuzzi room. Out dated tub. Not really worth the xtra money paid. It is an older building and they are starting to renovate. But not sure how much they are going to do.

Proximity to the lake was good. The front desk did give me a small travel toothpaste.

Breakfast was powdered eggs that weren’t thoroughly rehydrated. Precooked sausage links that were warmed in a crock pot. A/C didn’t work in my room.

Everything was great inside the hotel.

We left our car there while we were on vacation when we picked it up. some one had damaged our car to a total of $750 dollars.

Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room was being remodeled and so breakfast was in the Meeting room. That was fine. Breakfast staff was in a hurry to clear breakfast before end time. She was rather curt and never saw her smile.

I didn’t like how the pool area was so cold along with the water the hot tub water was dirty

easy access from highway. could park motorhome and car close to entrance. comfortable room. fantastic free breakfast. outstanding room rate!

Breakfast was great and plentiful, staff was on top of everything to make sure there was enough available for the guests.

Maybe some physical updates. Little older place but okay.

I have stayed there before. they have everything that I require to go on a fishing trip to Devils Lake.

when I arrived there was no record of my reservation. I was charged more for the room than I was quoted for the booking. After my card was run for the increased amount, my reservation showed up in their system. The person working the desk claimed that my price was wrong and charged me full rate anyway. She said there was nothing she could do. I paid it but I’m not very impressed.

The extra amenities were a bonus and very useful. Having a fish cleaning room on site, hot breakfast, bar and complimentary dinner and drinks were the icing on the cake.

Fire alarms kept going off early in the mornings, parking lot was icy. The pullout bed was what I expected it be be, (very uncomfortable) would recommend just getting rid of that and putting in another queen bed.
