The staff was so accommodating and fantastic!

The staff.

They only clean on alternating days. On the appointed day, I reminded the front desk to have my room cleaned. I returned in the evening and found only the towels replaced and trash emptied. They did not sweep or vacuum. You could tell by the dirt left on the floor. The bed was unmade. I complained to the front desk and they apologized. That's it.

Bed & pillows very comfortable. Rooms very clean. Only thing, and it may just be me, the scent of the room, be it a cleaning product perhaps, was a little strong for me. But I am sensitive to smells, scents, so it may just be me.

Fair convenience--not as good as a real restaurant. Would pay more for a real cook and a small grill.

Amazing and staff was extreme friendly and helpful.

The cost of hotel was high.

Staff was nice (very accommodating) and breakfast was awesome.

Room was clean, but very obvious someone smoked in there. We notified front desk, but we were unable to switch rooms, so I bought air freshener for it. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. And $50 pet fee when surrounding hotels were only $15?!
