I love how easy access I had to the river walk and a step away from the downtown area! You won't find another stay with such a fun indoor pool area along with the arcade room. Breakfast was relaxing in an open dining area.

I can not honestly say there was anything that would be cause for a complaint or a dislike.

The staff was awesome. The concept of the hotel was good, just not executed well. There were signs they were renovating. It sure needs it...

Very old, rundown looking. Carpets are nasty. Pillows are rocks. Bed feels like sleeping on a cot. Gave me migraines and back pain. Not a relaxing vacation. Bathroom had some kind of weird leaking pipe in it. Tub had rust stains which made it look old and nasty. The shower head didn't work correctly and hardly any water pressure. Very cramped shower. Towels were old and worn out. Leak stains on the ceiling. Just overall old and gross. Definitely not worth the price.

I really enjoyed how kind the staff were. Everyone was very professional.

When we got to our room it smelled like chlorine. Other than that I didn’t have any issues.

We have loved this property for years and years. We have been able to witness the changes and improvements taking place. The front desk, service staff, and food service personnel go out of their way to be EXTRA helpful. The outside areas, taken care of Nickia (I’m not sure of the spelling), a little red haired lady, has been transformed into an awesome landscaping miracle.

There is nothing that stands out that’s wrong with this property. EVERYTHING is continually being considered for improvement.

Rooms were clean, staff was great, check-in was easy, pool and game area were great, bar and food was excellent! We will be back next year!

We always stay here when in San Angelo. The staff is wonderful. and the hotel is located close to where we need to go.

When people were smoking outside it leaked into the room via the wall unit.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I requested a room for 4 people. I expected a larger room with 2 queen beds. Instead it was a really small room with two full beds. Everything was okay but crowded. Also, I did not try the breakfast because the chlorine odor was so strong that I knew my food would taste like chlorine.

Checkin was fast, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. This is an older hotel that has been updated carefully. It is simple, efficient, and located in the heart of town.

Being an older hotel, noise creeps in. From other rooms, for people walking past your window from their cars. But those were minor disturbances and there wasn't anything otherwise to complain about.

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very welcoming after a long journey.

The pictures online definitely seemed a bit deceiving. The room was tiny and very dated. The room was not very quiet. Our kids loved the pool - so that was a definite positive! And the food. Just wish the pictures had conveyed the premises more realistically.
