Only one small thing was that the quilt or comforter smelled of chemicals.

To be a hilton it was very very bad , the covers/ blankets of our bed were all torn up , for the price we paid I expected alot alot better

This was my second stay, and I LOVE the room, the staff, the breakfast, the amenities (grandkids give the pool 5 stars) and the location. Great value. Room is so spacious, and a full fridge and kitchen.

The part of the bed linen that tucks under was kind of shredded (three large tears)

Great location near the hospital. Friendly staff to greet us during check in. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was wonderful to have. We will be back on our next visit to the area.

Very old amenities. Zero value for money. it should have cost at least what I paid for it! Please skip the breakfast! Sugar and old bread, terrible coffee with plastic cutlery

Breakfast is very very basic. Paper plates might be efficient buts looks sooooo cheap.

Fantastic selections of food. Waffles recipe were great.

Maybe have garbage bin closer to coffe/tea bar.

In the early morning, when taking a shower we were on the 8th floor I had to leave the water run for about 10 minutes to get warm water

it was quiet.

They charged me $25 for incidentals on my credit card and said it would take up to three days to get the money back on my account. Is this even legal? I didn’t buy anything from their shop, yet they charge in advance. I feel that this is price gouging and they have the use of every guest’s money for three days. I’m going to check with the Washington State AG. I can afford it, but it’s the principle. I couldn’t make WiFi work on my iPhone, and Guest Services said I had to bring it down and let them fix it for me. I declined.

Being a Hilton property, was expecting much more for the price point. I wrote a letter detailing issues to the staff, and have not heard back.

Room, smudges on tables, worn office desk and chair, torn old sheet was sticking out from the bed that made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. The advertised linens on the website were definitely not present. Hot tub was out of service and was told by front desk the person who could look into it was not onsite, sorry. Hand sanitizer station at very limited breakfast buffet was empty. No security in elevators to guest floors such as key card required. Won't stay at a Hilton Homewood again unless I hear big changes have been made. If I feel more clean and safe in my own home, why should I pay them hundred of dollars to stay with them.

The location was very convenient to the highway and the functions we were attending. It was very nice to have a great breakfast waiting for us downstairs. Our shower backed up but the staff was right on the fix and had it repaired before our return. Good job!

The shower was nice but would've preferred a combination tub/shower for private soaking in the room.

Comfortable clean and very well equiped facility, nice breakfast, goid gym.

Prefer a bath tub with two way water control so not only upper shower head would be the option.
