The room was clean.

The Breakfast was bad. Just bland coffee and granola bars. The bathroom only has a single tiny soap bar for two. No shampoo or conditioner. That's not acceptable.

The place was a dump. Trash scattered in my room, things left out, shower did not work, refrigerator did not work, alarm clock was not plugged in so I had to reset it. The staff was rude and clueless. Hundreds of cigarette butts were on the sidewalks, and the place reeked of cigarette smoke.The breakfast consisted of a granola bar and coffee.

It had a good location.

The staff was not kind and when we got to the room it was dirty and it had a strange smell, also the bed sheets had blood stains on (we can send pictures). In the morning there was no breakfast despite the fact it was said the hotel has free american breakfast(we have pictures in which is visible to hotel offers no breakfast).

The rooms were surprisingly large in size. They also seemed clean and it did not smell well.

The shower function was broken,one of the ACs started to leak in the middle of the night, and the "free" breakfast was some leftover granola bars and a few bottles of leftover juice. Also, the TV remotes were not properly connected to the TVs, so one TV wouldn't work and the other you had to get up to change the channel/volume.

The outside and hotel rooms are nice, exactly like the pictures, very roomy and nice. The location is definitely a plus.

SO here's the deal, first off staff is incompetent. I was double charged and they assumed instead of asking questions which is totally disrespectful and unprofessional when dealing with other people's money. However I was recompensated after several complaints. Second, the rooms had roaches, which the property is aware of. It's seems they have a major bug problem, we founds serval spiders, ants and other creatures in the room. Plus my kids and me got bite up, so I wouldn't be suprised if they had bed bugs as well. Lastly the pool closed too early and breakfast was pitiful. They only had juice and granola bars, with the complimentary coffee. You could've atleast had some fruit or cereal, pastry for us. Just a little more, that was beyond basic, and don't use COVID-19 as an excuse because other hotels have provided a sack breakfast if they are not fully operational still. I was thoroughly disappointed in my stay and even for the price, I would not stay there again. Service and stay was too horrible, wish I would've paid more to be in a place where I was treated much better.

$200 deposit required that we were not made aware of ahead of time. Showers were clearly not cleaned. There was hair all over the wall and scum in the tub. The bathtub leaked water The tv is bolted to a super old piece of furniture and you couldn’t even see the tv from one of the two beds and there was no way to shift or adjust it. Several sketchy looking people lurking around the pool area around 11pm chain smoking. Morning time the cleaners were out and about outside the room at 7am making all kinds of noise Received 4 reminder calls in the morning that checkout was at 11. First call was at 8am. Next call around 930 then another at 10:10 and another at 10:35. I answered and acknowledged the checkout time each call yet they still kept coming for no reason. Bedding had stains in the white sheets. No wifi. When I called to inquire I was told it’s an extra $17.99

Hmmm... I'm still thinking. Well, the young man who checked us in was very nice and apologized for all the things that we complained about...Broken Chairs, Dirty Towels, Torn Sheets, Filthy Carpeting.

The Booking.com site advertises that Days Inn & Suites has an "American Breakfast". According to several travel sites, this is supposed to mean "By definition, an American breakfast involves two eggs, a side of bacon or sausage, toast or cereal and your choice of juice. Pancakes may be offered as a side or alternative." Apparently Days Inn & Suites doesn't know this, because we got COFFEE & GRANOLA BARS!!
