I can not tell you what I did like and do not understand why this is a a required field so I guess nothing? My entire experience was ruined
I was charged twice for the room. I paid back in March through booking and now paid again through Hampton? Why was I charged twice that doesn’t make sense

I would have liked to be able to book directly from you instead of having to use booking.com. I am unable to get a senior citizen discount on their site and when I asked the receptionist for it she said they couldn't give it to me . I know it can be done because I have done it in other places so if I had any complaint it is this. Make it so even if a booking site is used, we seniors and veterans can take advantage of any discounts that are available,

In room 213 there are 2 loss USP plugs and the pool and hot tub were under maintenance so we couldn't go in neither

On our last morning we got there a little late for breakfast, and one of the kitchen staff employees was rude to my husband.

Nice play to stay as a hub for some visits to the Chicago area. Quiet hotel, enough parking space, close to highway.

It was sufficiently clean and modern.
It was like sleeping inside a drum. The noise from the floor above sounded like construction was going on but I went upstairs and it was just normal walking back and forth. The insulation/sound proofing between floors is not good.

The A/C took a long time to cook.

super noisy- our room was by the elevator and we could hear the ding dong every time it was used. The ac in the room didn’t work we reported it and was told they would get it started and would give us VIP STATUS whatever that was it went unnoticed. The people above fought and screamed every night we were their we didn’t get a good nights rest at all.

the staff are always friendly and happy to help with whatever you need.
the breakfast has seemed to have taken a downtown when it comes to flavor, choices and healthy options. I stay at other Hamptons in other locations and the breakfast is much better. Also, often times the coffee pots were empty or cold.
