Room space and lobby, free parking

Pretty much dated in time. No USB plug nor adapters for non American chargers to borrow. Blinds in the room don’t really work and let light come in the room.

Location I guess

Average property unlike Hyatt. Perhaps fit for purpose for professionals rather than leisure. The rooms are ok gives a feeling of being dirty as the carpets are sticky.

We’ve stayed at this property several times over the past few years. It is now overdue a refurbishment.

The staff are pleasant and friendly. However the hotel is getting worn out and needs refurbishing - our carpet was threadbare and actually worn out in places. The desk chair was just regular chair and not suitable for the desk. There’s no full length mirror and no hooks in the bathroom.

Qualität des Bettes war gut, Grösse des Zimmers angemessen. Und wer das braucht, ein sehr grosser TV.

Letztlich macht das Hotel einen recht heruntergekommenen Eindruck, was vor allem an den vergilbenden Holzpaneelen liegt. Das ist der Zahn der Zeit, aber Hyatt-Preise wie in "frischen" Hotels sind dann einfach nicht mehr angemessen. Lage direkt am Highway ist vielleicht im besten Fall praktisch, aber dann kann man gleich ins Holdiay Inn, sorry.

The pool!!

My suite was very out dated, and dark. A few lights was broken and the bedroom TV remote didn’t work. The suite wasn’t worth $500 a night without proper updates.

When we arrived there was a large air purifier in the middle of our room. We asked the front desk why it was there and if it could be removed, they apologized and said the housekeepers would be right up to grab it. They never came for it. I had to unplug it and move it out of our way. The hvac vent in the room was covered in mold, room 202. The pillow cases on 3 pillows had tears or rips in them. The dinner was overpriced and not good. Both my wife and I were dissatisfied with the quality of the food.

Room was clean and comfortable

Staff walked in on us twice while naked because they knock without waiting for a response and just open the door & my balcony was indoors where the people in the lobby can see and toilet wouldn't flush all the way
