Middle bed mattress squeaky, blinds down in every room, t.v.'s hard to use; no filtered water in refrigerator, no lamp at sofa for reading, too far from beach; not being able to see the water, too many steps to the beach; too expensive! We had to leave early (after 2 days) due to illness, and no reimbursement; no refund; not suitable for seniors.

location and layout was very open and roomy

I wish the condo was updated. beautiful place but needs a little Tlc… old outdated silk flower arrangements, rust on front of refrigerator. just a few thoughts….

The close proximity to the beach

The apartment was filthy, stained carpet, stained furniture, termites dead and alive, broken dishwasher...I had to wash dishes on vacation NOT GOOD! Broken latches on front door and patio door. Filthy bathrooms, with mold and mildew, broken chair on patio. The patio door is old and rusty, it was hard to open and close, the appliances are outdated and need to be upgraded. The apartment had dusty, dirty fake plastic plants in every room. This apartment SHOULDN'T be available for rent....worst place to stay and when I complained to Vacasa management, they only refunded me small portion of what I was charged for five day stay in that filthy apartment with a broken dishwasher.

We was locked out for 3hours

Everything was wonderful but there was an odor in the apartment. Was very nice though

Cleanliness, spacious and ease of distance to beach.

Nothing. Even the positioning of the furniture made the living room bigger and allowed my kids more room to play.

The view was nice, and the apartment had plenty of room. Was more spacious than I expected.

Facilities were little outdated, there was a broken door as soon as you walk into the building. The furniture was not the most comfortable in the living room. Unable to check in early. Booking company never called us back to answer it we could check in early or even pay extra to do so.

We loved how close it was to the beach. The street was very quiet.

We could not get the blinds to close so the smaller rooms stayed very warm at night to sleep

Location was great, nice views, quiet area, facilities wonderful,

It needs an update. Carpet loose, full size beds broken down in middle, 2 cabinet doors broken in 2nd bathroom, large sliding door sticks

It was close to the beach with private access, it was set up like home with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, even had a fan

It was kinda hard to get ahold of someone when we had an issue

The setup was nice.liked the location.

The bathrooms were not in good shape. Could have been cleaner.
