Really nice and comfortable

Well for starters the room smelled bad like a kennel they allow dogs in the rooms.at about 8 in the morning the dog in the next room started to whine and howl plus the air conditioner did not work I called the front desk they had me moved to another room I was very grateful as the people working there were great from maintenance to the front desk very good workers well in the next room that I moved to once again there were pets next door every time I walked to my door the dog next door growled at us and the air conditioner in that room didn't work either it was 75 degrees in the room I had to purchase a fan to keep us kool i will not stay there again

This facility had a wonderful breakfast. My son and I also enjoyed the pool every evening we stayed. I loved the covered patio next to the pool as well. It kept us shaded when we were taking a break from the pool.

It can be a little crowded sometimes. I think the pool should be open later. That is all I would change.

It was very clean, the room was very spacious and had a small kitchen! Something we weren't expecting. We've stayed at a few hotels and IHG hotels have been some of the best.

The elevator button fixtures were broken and gave a poor image, and the room didn't have usb chargers, now adays most hotels have usb chargers in the rooms but this one didn't

Loved the room layout, kitchen and amenities. What a treat. Did not want to leave. Super clean and updated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I am very picky about my stays.

Needed a doggie station (trash bags and cans) for cleaning up after the dog outside. An outside sitting area would have been nice and clear signage from the street.

Very accommodating front desk and cleanliness

Washing Machines were beyond TERRIBLE, filthy and most of them out of service. Hallway and rooms were HOT temp in the hallway on the thermometer was near 80 degrees left ac in room on 68 all night and room was hot bed was hard.

The room was spacious for our big family, we got a 2 queen suite. We’ve always needed a room like this one and finally found it here at this hotel.

Breakfast was basic.

room was nice. location very central. breakfast was always good

room was starting to feel old and some furniture and carpet was damaged. need more items in kitchen to cook with. but understand that some people may take these when they leave. spa was not always clean
