I liked the location in Pigeon Forge. It was close to all of the places we like to go.

The beds were not comfortable. Our room was in the pool atrium and it was very noisy.

Staff were super friendly and helpful

Breakfast room was a little cramped.

Shower water flooded the bathroom. Curtain did not make the water stay in. Had to leave warm room to walk outside in the cold to the pool

This hotel is older but very well kept, clean,and comfortable. The included breakfast and breakfast buffet coupon options were great! I love the 2 pools. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I have stayed there many times and will continue to do so.

Only 1 elevator

This is our second time staying here and it has become a new favorite! The room is clean and the beds are super comfortable. Indoor pool was nice and clean as well. All staff that we came into contact with were super nice and helpful. We are usually in the area to visit Dollywood and this hotel is super close.

Nothing.

We got a pretty good deal for our room, and got a pretty good location, right opposite the front office so it was really convenient. The room was clean, comfy and spacious, amenities were complete. Location of the hotel was awesome, away from the busiest parts of the street so it was pretty quiet at night. Our booking got through to the hotel pretty quick, and the younger man at the front office was friendly and polite. Breakfast was awesome, love the sausage patties and gravy. Definitely choosing this place if we come back again.

The only down side is that they do not have a safe in the room. A safe in the room in a location where you spend most of your time out on the streets is pretty essential in my humble opinion. Other than this, everything was pretty excellent and awesome.

Close to everything on main strip. Room was lovely, staff friendly. Everything was kept clean - there was nothing to fault

My only gripe was that I couldn't attach my fire stick to the in room TV becaus it was a custom software. But that's clutching at straws because we loved our stay

We stay here every time we take a visit to Tennessee! its always been such a wonderful experience with a great location!

Rooms r clean and the pools are good. The breakfast was good also. We would definitely stay again.

Wish there was more elevators just had one in the indoor pool area

We loved the indoor pool, the front desk had everything you could ever need, great location, Texas Roadhouse was steps away, the staff is so friendly, our housekeeper was so sweet and always provided us with anything we needed. I love that it’s more on the outskirts of PF so your not really stuck in a lot of traffics and noise. The walls were super thick, we never heard anything and I am a very light sleeper. 10/10 we will be back.

The outdoor pool was really crowded with kids jumping and acting crazy. It was to the point it wasn’t safe for my son to swim. I wish staff walked the property a little more and controlled things like that when parents are supervising from the balconies and not watching their children.

Very clean and the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Hot tube was too hot. The rooms were small.

The beds were comfy. The breakfast was pretty good. Decent place to stay.

The room we in was pretty small. The pool was very chlorinated and the pool area could have been maintained better. The pics make it look fancier than it is.

Pool times should be later. Especially for the outside pool. A lot of the showtimes in the area run late. By the time you got back couldn’t even enjoy the pool.

We have stayed here many times and have never had a bad experience. We had 2 grandsons with us so we reserved a room by the pool which was perfect. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable.

The pool was clean. Children in the pool unattended, throwing balls and hitting other guest in the face with the balls. It was upsetting. Grown man in the hot tub with thongs on. Not to family oriented on that one.

Rooms could have been more updated for the price...it was a little to pricey for 2 nights stay!! Would have changed motels if most hadn't been sold out..
