King room ac didn’t work so after complaining 3 times they moved us to a room with working AC.

Breakfast was not good

It was convenient to things we wanted to do. The room had a full kitchen.

The breakfast area could’ve been bigger and better and the variety could’ve been bigger knowing that all of those guest had stayed the night

Room furnished very good. Very clean. Great breakfast.

There were no tea bags other than green tea. I prefer black tea. Not a coffee person.

The staff. They try their best but hotel is very worn. It has not been properly maintained.

Breakfast. Had package waffles weekdays and they were terrible. They had eggs and other options, but not the fresh waffles WE were expecting

Front desk clerk was nice upon entrance and exit

No breakfast on one morning. No water at day of check out. Elevators were not working and we were on the 3rd floor. Hotel is really beat up and worn. Very sad about this stay.

Location proximity was great and very close to Southern Miss...bed was comfortable ...rooms were clean.

Good facility, ample parking, hot breakfast options, Value for money. Helpful check-in staff when I raised the issue, offered me to switch the room.

When I was entering the bathroom when checking in, it was stinky (offered me an alternate room). When I was checking out, the staff at the front was not customer friendly with a not welcoming attitude.

The property was extremely outdated and needs extensive renovations. The walls were dirty; the carpet in the room was torn in several areas, and you could tell there was no attempt to repair; sofa was stained; 2 drawers in the bathroom vanity would not close all the way so you had to be careful not to bump into while going to bathroom; AC unit was very noisy, bath towels were so thin and also needed to be replaced. Was not a pleasant experience and below my standards. This property was 1 step above being categorized as a motel. Disgrace to the Marriott brand.

Breakfast was just OK. Both mornings we had no where to sit because the area is so small. Staff was incredible. They all bent over backwards to see that we were taken care of. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms

Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was superb.

The check in took longer than normal as the staff at the desk was unable to check us in since she was training and it was her first night. She had to call the other staff to get back to the front desk. When we got to the assigned room, the bed was not made and the TV was on. We weren’t sure if we were on someone else’s room. We had to go back to the desk to get another room. The final room was ok. Needed a new fridge. The room was not as clean as I would have expected. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

Covenience

I wasn’t given the level of room I reserved and paid for. Given a accessible room, which wasn’t requested. The sheets on the bed didn’t fit the size bed….king fitted sheets on a queen bed. They came off during the night. The blanket was tucked and unable to pull up.

Breakfast was wonderful! I just needed to be out of the house for a night with no expectations as a mom/wife. I was so thankful I could wake up to breakfast, my pets could be with me, there was a pool to occupy my children I could relax and breathe

When I first arrived the front desk man was asleep in a chair so I assumed he was a visitor so it took a while to actually get our room. Also, $4 for a 20oz Pepsi was crazy but I guess it was "convince".

How clean it was, friendly the staff was

That we had to wait 30min for bacon The hotel manager left a message on my phone threatening to cancel my reservation if I didn’t pay over the phone before I got there and told me the payment processes and then when I got there it wasn’t.

I like that the rooms have house amenities.

What I didn't like is the sheets on the bed didn't look as if they had been replaced and all the animals that are allowed there.
