Good location. Quiet even though close to freeway

Front desk guy was not very helpful. When asked for a receipt he printed me the wrong room. Price charged was $3 more than my reservation with booking.

Quiet clean inside smells good

Bathroom was dirty and staff didn’t clean the room the nx day. Didn’t put enough towels and toilet paper when we ask for it in the comment. There was 3 of us should’ve been pack with extra towels and toilet paper and the assistant manager Dan said he will gives us some compensation and I told the guys in front the nx day and he didn’t do anything about it. For the price that we paid we could’ve stayed somewhere better and less price and with spa not just pool. We usually stay in best western plus but they were booked so no choice.

Horribly uncomfortable beds. Travel often and these may have been the worst yet. Hard as a rock and minimal sleep due to that. I am not sure I will return to a LaQuinta because of that.

Had a very good breakfast every morning and fresh cookies in the evening. They do not clean the rooms everyday, but I don't mind this service. If I needed the room cleaned, they will send someone to take care of it. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Will stay at this hotel again.

After My stay, the staff phoned Me, saying that my debit card had not been able to be processed. I returned to the hotel. I paid them an additional $339.23. Then they made up a story that the housekeeping had found lits of blood on the linnens & that I was thus banned from the hotel for life. There was No blood scene Anywhere near the room at ANY time during My stay at the hotel. I feel Slandered & My character has been defamed and severely lied about. The front desk clerk, manager or whoever She was, was very Rude & totally mistaken & acted in a very Bigoted way!

Half the rooms, the ones on the freeway side, are very noisy. They also poured cement into the hot tub???

Close to I-5. Fairly new property, lots of parking. The breakfast lady was super nice.

You have to drive to have a meal as there are no restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the highway so if you are on the west side of the building you hear traffic noise all night. On the weekend, breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00. The carpet in the room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. There was foam bits about and a water bottle cap on the carpet.

I would have loved herb tea in my in-room coffee setup. (Small detail!!)

Did not stay! Unclean, pool was broke! Went there and didn't even finish checking in. Emailed bookings.xom and received nothing back! Got charged for a room we did not use. Very unpleasant

chlorine smell almost everywhere, we were afraid to use the pool due to the strong chlorine smell emanating from it. staff was ok..

I liked everything about the hotel. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing for my baby to bath in. The staff was super nice and very helpful.

Th manager was not understanding about our situation. My pregnant wife was ordered by her Dr to stay in bed for the next 48 hours. When we found out our reservations had been mixed up the manager made us move room along with not considering my wife's Condition. We were not offered a comp or discount for something that was not out fault. The rest of the staff was great. But corporate will be hearing from me.
