Went with a small group of friends for a weekend getaway. Decent drive and easy to find the property. Property Manager/Owner, Yanna was very responsive and understanding. There were min cupcakes left for us upon our arrival which was a nice personal touch :) Plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of outdoor space as well. House rules/instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property has supplies and bath amenities available so no need to bring anything! Kitchen is well stocked. The only kitchen utensil you might want to bring are your own chef knives for chopping. The knives there were dull but manageable. TV’s were smaller than we’d like, but No complaints. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.

Our family had a great X’mas time at Ayanna’s property. The house was spacious, clean, cozy, comfortable and easy to find. The communication with the Yanna was great. The location is very convenient. There is a big supermarket in 3 minutes driving distance, and it is also very close to the Woodstock Main Street. We all enjoyed staying in this beautiful house.

We spent the week of thanksgiving at this Woodstock property and really enjoyed ourselves! The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook a full thanksgiving dinner and we also used the grill. The kids loved running around in the yard and hanging out in the “pink room” and the adults enjoyed relaxing in front of the fire. We also loved Woodstock and went to several of the recommended restaurants. We would totally stay here again, I would love to come when the pool is open! (maybe consider a hot tub?!?)

We enjoyed sitting in the living room and enjoying the fire, gathering for a family movie night in the TV room, and sitting around the table at breakfast. We sat on the deck when we first arrived but then it got too cold. The neighborhood is perfect for a leaf gathering walk and is very close to downtown Woodstock. Our 3-year old grandson cried when it was time to leave.

This house and property is as pictured and described. We were two families and fit very comfortably. Loved the location - close enough to town to be convenience but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. There is plenty to do (both in town and in the surrounding area) and we would come back again. Highly recommend this home for a weekend rental or longer!

Four of us stayed for a long weekend. Was a great experience. Pictures are accurate. House was very clean, great location and amenities! We hope to come back in the summer!

House itself with numerous bedrooms, fireplace, and furnishings all being close to town made for a great short vacation with friends. Home itself is charming with comfortable furniture, easy check out, and host was very responsive prior to and during our vacation. Great home base and close to restaurants and activities such as kattterskill falls, Hunter, mohonk mountain, New Paltz, and local bars and restaurants such as Sylvia, Red Onion, Oriole 9, and Early Terrible to name a few we stopped at on this trip.

Great stay at the home. Perfect location to town. Hard to find kitchen light but texted and got answer right away.

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding we attended in the area, and it was the perfect place for our group. We each had our own private space, but loved being able to hang out in the living room, outdoor deck and, most importantly, the pool. It's also conveniently located, being just a short ride from the center of Woodstock.

We enjoyed our stay, the pool was great and the house is located not far from stores or Woodstock town. The house was large enough for a group of 9 and the bedrooms were nicely located away from the main living area where if you wanted some rest you didnt really hear the noise from the living area.

My son graduated from college this past weekend and my family and I wanted to stay nearby. Ayanna's home couldn't have been a better place for us to stay! The house is beautiful and clean and modern and has every amenity one would want. The pool was warm and big and our kids had a wonderful time. The layout of the house is perfect for adults and kids to find their own space. It is close to everything. And it is surrounded by a beautiful canopy of trees.

I was very particular about my home selection for this trip as I wanted a home to meet my high expectations not just for myself but for my invited guests. The home was exactly as explained and photographed with many added compliments. The owner was very responsive and accommodating as needed. This gorgeous home was definitely the highlight of our weekend. I’m grateful to have been able to share in its comfort and will definitely return when the pool is open!

My girlfriends and I had the greatest time at this beautiful upstate home. It was the perfect escape from the city and had everything we could possibly need for a weekend of relaxation and fun. The big backyard, pool, and large deck made for a lovely fall day outside. Ayanna was very responsive and had lots of great recommendations for the area (things to do, restaurants, etc). Will absolutely be back to this beautiful home!! Thank you to Ayanna and her property manager!

I stayed here with my wife and 2 young kids (3 and 1) for 3 weeks and we loved it. The pool was great and the backyard was huge. We also loved the location as it was just 4 minutes from the town of Woodstock and 15 minutes to Kingston and Saugerties. We had friends and family come up to visit as well and there more than enough bedrooms and everyone had a great time. The property manager Donna was extremely responsive and even helped to get us a babysitter so we could go out and enjoy the great restaurants in the area without the kids. We would definitely go back to this house.

The property closely matched the pictures, so we were not surprised in any way. The deck was very nice, as was the pool and the fire pit area. We enjoyed a nice 5-night trip in this place, with plenty of grilling and swimming. The only issues we had were with the pool and the cleanliness of the place when we arrived. The pool was not clean enough when we first got there to be used. They had to send a pool maintenance person the following morning, and then they 'shocked' the pool using a chemical. Would have been better to do before we got there. Also, when we first arrived, the floor was noticeably grimy (i.e. we took off our shoes and walked around and could feel that the floors weren't clean); That said, they did send someone to clean the floors the next day. The owner & property manager were very responsive and helpful. The property is generally well maintained - everything works and is functional. The pool and deck are very nice. As a note, this is a charcoal grill so a bit trickier to cook (but certainly possible to do well).

We had the loveliest weekend at Ayanna's house! It was beautiful and quiet and so lovely. Ayanna was incredibly responsive with all of my, no doubt, annoying questions and took care of everything we needed. We are staying again this weekend and in August and I count the days every week until we are back!

We rented this house for a group of 30-something girlfriends for a weekend getaway. The house was spacious enough that we never felt crowded or on top of each other -- different rooms for lounging, reading, etc. The deck out back was a huge plus as well. I loved the updated design that still left a lot of the house's character intact. Great location - less than 5 minute drive to Woodstock downtown.

Book this house if you are looking for a spacious, compartmentalized house for a weekend getaway. Ayanna's beautiful home is as pictured on the homeAway site. My friends and I left the house once for a quick trip into town but for the most part, stayed indoors the entire duration. We never felt cramped or overcrowded. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards etc. I would gladly stay at this house again and will recommend it to others as well!

The property was beautiful and very well designed and spacious but the heat and hot water were not working during our stay. It was very cold outside and and temps inside the house were only 53 - 60 for the first 24 hrs of our 48 hr rental. The owner was responsive, however, it added undue stress trying to coordinate scheduling the property manager to come, dealing with her and then additionally, heating company came during our dinner. I would recommend renting this property and I would rent it again myself but not until the heating is fixed or only for use in summer months.
