Location..cleanliness...breakfast and the room were all perfect!

~very relaxing environment ~the room was spacious and comfortable ~breakfast was excellent ~the front porch was great for distressing and casual conversation ~walking distance to excellent restaurants

~the room became stuffy when the door was closed completely because of the air flow ~no return air vent in the room

The anti Ellen building was very beautiful and co forcible. The managers were attentive, the breakfast good.

Breakfast was prepared fresh daily, good presentation, although there was a lot of pre made food versus homemade as it appeared in the ad online. Our host was very hospitable.

Please whatever you do remove the word soundproof from the room details. Having a train within walking distance that blows its whistle through town numerous times throughout the middle of the night does not make for a soundproof room. Although the grounds were lovely you could tell that they needed some work whether the groundskeeper was off for the days we were there not so sure just needed a little spiffing up. Especially for the price that was paid.
