The room was beautiful and very nicely kept. The view was magnificent, providing for incredible sunsets, and the beach was wonderful although the temperatures made it a little hard to fully enjoy.
We had an issue with the heat in our room which could have been addressed a little sooner than it was.

Beautiful view, great location
Valet miscommunication. Waited almost 20 mins for car! Everyone after us had their car and we were still waiting.

Lovely sized and comfortable rooms
We only heard that the hotel was evacuating due to the hurricane when we overheard other visitors talking about it.
This meant we only had about half an hour to pack up and find alternative accommodation at 6.30 in the evening instead of lunchtime when other guests were obviously made aware that this was happening.
The hotel should have emailed all their guests but somehow we slipped through the net even though they definitely had our email address and phone number

The view the amenities the cleanliness the attention to detail. The decorations was beautiful the food was amazing restaurant was top notch! The room service was very nice there was always something to do at Opal. Opal saved our honeymoon we were supposed to fly out of the country but a certain airline ruined it. I can not thank them enough the staff was wonderful and took great care of us I was blown away!
I really could not find anything that I did not like about my stay at all.

It was beautiful! Great location right on the strip and end of the island! Beautiful sunset views on the beachfront property and from our room! We could see dolphins and manatee from our balcony! Close walk to pier 60. A lot of tour options nearby, from booze cruis to jet ski rentals. Pool area was comfortable and pool service was excellent! Sea-Guini, the in-hotel restaurant, has multiple dishes that were just out of this world and the service was on point and our glasses were never empty! They offer many drink options as well! Pool is open decently late( 10-10;30 pm. ) kid and animal friendly!

Clean comfy, great views of the gulf from our room. Staff was all very friendly
Food and drinks were extremely pricey for what we got, but convenient. Bar drinks were excellent though.

Great hotel, amazing beach.
Its the costliest hotel in the area from what we could tell. While we genuinely appreciated everything they had to offer it's hard to justify paying almost double some of the other hotels in the area.

Location was amazing the rooms are nice but over price, the workers at the pool area were rude to my young adult children, accusing them of not having hotel access

the first set of towels had minor stains on them but all of the following sets were clean with no stains.
