They included breakfast, but you have to do it yourself in a room with every thing you will need No to many restaurants and they not open Every day

Exceeded expectations.

Comfortable and great community room

The LED lightbulbs are really uncomfortable for my eyes; I’d love more conventional bulbs. The walls are thin but that’s motel life. I wish the beds were queens.

Perfect!

For the price, it was wonderful! 10 Minute drive to Sugarloaf Ski Resort for the price this place is a hidden gem. The owners were very family orientated, I most certainly will book them again. Extremely Great Customer Service!!! Love seeing how the whole family was involved in the works of their family ran business. I honestly can't say enough on how wonderful a stay it was. For a Motel, It was fantastic!! This place was extremely clean, and well maintained. A huge high five to the owners. You Made my Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! We were very happy with our stay.

Great location to Bigelow Preserve. Make your own breakfast in the community kitchen. Very comfortable beds and linens. Good shower. Dog friendly.

nice well kept country setting Motel!

slightly far from the area that has things for my kids to enjoy. That was the only thing though we still enjoyed it completely!

Comfortable and convenient for basic, no-frills lodging.

Nice setting on large property, complete with a horse and chickens.

The portable air condition unit made wailing noises. The only way to stop was to open a window.

Very clean and spacious room with mountain view. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very helpful
