我到的时候差不多下午3点钟了，工作人员说4点才能入住，早上我们9点多一点把房卡给他们，他们说五分钟之内必须离开。什么服务？以后再也不去那里了，太没人情味了！

The location is perfect, and the lobby is cozy

The rooms are stating to feel dated an worn. Certainly due for a refresh. They no longer provide free breakfast perks or drinks. Its hardly the social environment that it once was.

Great location. Easy drive to ski. Easy walk to restaurants. Safeway over the road. Staff helpful for our late check in. Room clean, comfortable beds. Would stay again

Wifi did not work. No one was able to log on

The rooms were run down and dirty and the staff was rude or absent . No Ice control and dirty room with poor lighting we left a day early because of it

Die Zimmer waren gemütlich, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Gleich auf der anderen Strassenseite gab es einen Supermarkt und einen Drogeriemarkt, und auch Restaurants waren ganz in der Nähe. Am besten haben uns die Feuerstellen gefallen, die bis kurz nach 22 Uhr eine gemütliche Stimmung verbreitet haben.

This was an overnight stay as part of a three week road trip across the country. Prior to this we had stopped at various 2 and 3 star chain hotels - we wish all of them had been as good as Basecamp Tahoe City. The girl on reception and running the bar was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area, and was happy to chat with us about our trip. The reception area was superb, as was the outdoor space with fire pits. We enjoyed a very welcome relaxing evening. The room was clean and very comfortable. Would happily stay again.

It was updated and right in the center of Tahoe which was perfect for our trip.

Overall, great property and had everything you needed.
