The bathroom doors in the adjoining rooms we had were sliding doors that did not ‘seal’. When they were closed there was still a gap between both sides of the door, and the wall. It was weird.

Enjoyed everything about it. Rooms were pretty big and we were comfortable in there. Breakfast was great. Pool area was really nice and the hot tub was amazing.

The pool and hot tub were a nice feature. The beds were comfortable. Overall the room was ok. The location of the hotel relative to the freeway and downtown was convenient.

The barn door style bathroom door was very unexpected and provided little privacy for my family while using it. The additional parking fee for onsite parking was also unexpected. since I booked through Booking.com that wasn’t mentioned until check in. The room keys were required to activate the entrance and exit gates. However, despite staying 3 nights and 4 days, and several different sets of room cards ours Never worked to open any of the gates and was quite inconvenient if no one was at the front desk to open the gates for entry. Our parking was comped for the inconvenience. so I appreciate that.

it was very nice and cosy. the staff were nice. it was very quite in our room and didn’t have any issues with people being loud

had a couple issues when we were trying to swim seeing that was mostly the purpose of us booking at this hotel seeing it had a big pool and a hot tub. some kids were being loud a couple of times. went to the front desk and told them about it and the issues were resolved right away.

The shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the blackout curtain in my room.

There was no soaps in my bathroom and that made me question how well the space was cleaned.

The clean room, breakfast provided. Love that they provided full size shampoo and body wash.felt comfortable sleeping at night.

This hotel was standard and comfortable. It met our needs and was clean. We liked the free coffee 24/7, and there was a good continental breakfast with a waffle machine and good cereal selection. The bathroom was standard and roomy.

Breakfast was basic, but some options. Eggs, fruit, waffles. Grab and go snacks. Room upgraded because they weren't ready at check in.

The elevator was not working for a few minutes. To many people in the hot tub. The pool was very cold.

the highway traffic sound sometimes was loud, but you can’t control that. I also didn’t like that we had to pay to park.
