Location

The location is perfect! We walked all over downtown Pittsburgh and it is within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shopping! The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Not the property’s fault but did not have good experience with the restaurant “attached” to it!

Loved the location for attending RRR. Loved our corner king room-spacious,the flooring,the shower and..the desk chair was super comfy. Very clean-and I'm very picky. Excellent light blocking curtains. Bed was pretty comfortable. Loved the early check in and really appreciate the 12pm check out.

Maybe better smelling hygiene products.

Proximity to PNC Park

Having to use a key to use the elevator and no valet parking

Thus is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel and had to pay for parking. It wasn't super expensive but still after paying for the hotel it would have been nice to park for free.

Clean. Convenient location, security with keys in the hotel. Hotel staff very nice and helpful.

Parking should be easier. Had a hard time with parking tag getting out of the garage. The doors from the garage to the hotel are not automatic. It's hard to open them with luggage in your hands.

The bed

The area homeless sleeping across the street at CVS construction on the street furniture in lobby and room very dated and uncomfortable to sit on check in receptionists not knowledgeable when questions were asked of the area garage leaving and entering confusing and paying for garage

Attached parking garage made our entire stay extremely convenient. The overall location was perfect for walking to PNC park and restaurants/bars. Bathroom was clean and modern.

Fan in bathroom was extremely noisy and could not be turned off (though it was very effective at drying the air/towels). AC was also on the loud side.

Confusing when we first got to the checkout because they said we didn’t have any cards on file n we did when we booked it.

Could have been a bit cleaner in the rooms. Furniture is rundown especially sofa was deflated.
