Great personnel, awwesome breakfast, clean, nice pool and hot tub, I think is the best hotel Ive stayed in CA

People were very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist were willing to work with us and helpful

We had a problem with check in I was told booking.com didn’t send over our reservation so I couldn’t get the two queen beds I had reserved

The area was nice, check in was very quick and easy, the room was amazing with many extras and amenities, the free breakfast had alot of options, very impressed overall

Huge room, very clean with contemporary furnishings. The place looks quite new and upmarket. Beds comfortable and breakfast was reasonable. Very quiet upmarket neighbourhood.

Message to the hotel: don't put guests in rooms close to the elevator machinery. Annoying low frequency noise from the lift equipment kept me awake all night! I was angry when told that you were aware that second floor rooms near the elevator suffered noise from the lift machinery. But you still allocated me Room 221. IMO given the noise problems, rooms near the elevator equipment should be allocated last; not first! As a result of being put in Room 221, I got an hour's sleep, due to the constant cycling of the elevator motors. Not happy. Although I still had to pay full price at checkout, despite having the inconvenience of having to change rooms.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT book through booking.com! We show up with a group of 5 for a prepaid room, only to find out our booking was never in their system, I called to confirm, the receptionists don’t communicate with each other and that made them useless , after we offered to pay for another room they turned us away in tears. It was my mother’s birthday and they managed to ruin it, which I was the only thing that was “managed” .
