Un très bel établissement en périphérie d Albany, nombreux avantages comme une collation (diner inclus) le soir des lundi, mardi, mercredi... Laundry gratuite, pt déj très varié avec fruits etc.. Parking autour de l hôtel, wifi OK tv sans surprise 100% chaînes us...

The hot tub was broken. And that was one of the main reasons why I picked the hotel. The pool is very cold. I was unable to look at my final bill on the app I was not provided a printed statement for my bill. And still do not have a final amount cuz it's still pending in my account

Everything was perfect you don’t have to leave the property they have a restaurant on premises indoor hot tub and pool amazing rooms with a lot of space

Location to airport.Cleanliness of property. Well lit. Most important of all, the great and well trained staff. Was able to observe staff during regular hours as well as late night.

They have great and knowledgeable staff. The best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. The fruit was so fresh and yummy! The rooms were huge and I loved the little kitchenette!
This wasn’t their fault but I had booked 2 rooms! We were on the same floor but at different ends of the hallways.

Location is 5mins walk to colonie center and trader joes, staff was extremely friendly, room was very spacious and clean with all the necessities, gym, swimming pool, breakfast was very good and varied, and the hotel serves dinners Mondays to Wednesdays

Towel refill in pool area would have been nice.
Also, our door was painted during the time we were heading for checkout.

Breakfast was really good, we did pick your establishment specifically for the use of the hot tub and that was denied to us.
