When my family and I arrived thy check in went pretty smoothly.. My kids and i were there for a 1 night stay due to our Air going out. I received my hotel key and on my way to our room.. Whew, when I tell you, We was greeted with pure heat once we entered the room. I immediately checked the thermostat, and it said 82°.. Wowww hot, right? So I phoned the staff lady and explained the room temperature to her. She told me that the room was just previously cleaned and that the air conditioner should be circulating with cool air soon.. Ok, cool, no problem. While the room should be cooling, I decided, "Hey kids, let's go for a swim until the room is cooled off.. Yayyyyyy!!! Kids were excited.. While they swim, I enjoyed a nice little entree that the facility provided for the quest around 5pm.. which was nice. Now that's over, it's a little after 7:30pm we're on our way back up to the room. Guess what? It still was HOT in the room.. Now I'm becoming a little frustrated.. I called down again to let the staff lady know that the room hadn't cooled off, and If it was possible to move me and my family into another room. NO, because all the rooms are occupied, they're completely booked.. She informed me that she would get in touch with maintenance and someone would be up shortly.. Thanks 😊.... No,no noooo ... Nobody never showed up.. Me and the kids fell asleep, exhausted and hot.. No covers, no sheets, no shirts, because it was just that hot... Around 3 a.m., I'm up again because now I'm HOT and ANGRY.. I spent money to get me and my kids out of a hot house just to come to a hot hotel. This time, I went to the front desk instead of calling.. There was a guy. I explained my situation to him and also let him know that the other hotel clerk told me that she would send maintenance and no one had ever shown up to the rescue. But once again.. I was told that he would make a note and let maintenance know..

Excellent location, fair price, hallways cooled, room space great. Breakfast very nice variety. Desk staff friendly and efficient.

a couple of places in our room needed paint scraped and re-painted, smelled of weed in hallways and elevator, had to go to desk for toilet paper for a two-day stay.

Room was fine, but hotel needs to be refreshed. The hallway was filthy and the carpets deeply stained.

Staff unfriendly. No customer service from most. The ladies preparing the food was appropriate but male front desk staff was not customer friendly at all.

The rooms were spacious and fit our big family.

Breakfast needed a little improving. Just egg whites no scrambled eggs, no meat of any kind. Elevator lights were blown all except one in the corner..

Excellent breakfast options. The MTW social hour food was wonderful as well. Front desk clerks Amanda & Tavika were professional, friendly, and thorough in their communication and explanations regarding the availability (or non-availability, in our case) ADA rooms.

We have a wheelchair user in our group. There was only ONE roll-in shower option on the entire property and another guest had booked it long-term. We had difficulty showering the wheelchair user on a shower bench that fit sideways in the tub. Thankfully, there was a removable showerhead, but it was challenging nonetheless. There should be more than 1 roll-in shower option for disabled guests. Otherwise, our ADA room was spacious enough for our wheelchair user to navigate comfortably around and not get stuck in areas.
