Staff was friendly
Room and hallways smelt like dog, carpet in hallway were stained badly. There were multiple dogs presence, and situation were the owners had to get in between the dogs.

It was close ish to Ruth Eckerd Hall
The smell. The cost. The lights were barely bright. The water barely flowed. The room was dirty when we arrived. We left for 30 minutes so the one housekeeper could work and there was still toe mail clippings and popcorn on the floor and trash all over. The bedding smelled like BO.

the location was ok
my room was filthy trash under the bed from the last guest! we were a family of 6 and was only given a service set of 2 for dishes! I had placed a trash bag outside my door as I would at any other hotel and the housekeepers put the trash back in my room instead of throwing in there trash cart they were wheeling by them so not only did they not throw my trash away but they came in my room with no permission. breakfast was suppose to be included and they only have muffins and coffee no cereal juices milk anything! very disappointed in this hotel I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AND I WILL NEVER RECCOMAND IT I PAID 254$ a night as well rip off completely

Very clean, very elegant and chic. I love the white and teal and Amber brown furniture. The bathroom was very clean and very beautiful.
I have no complaints. I really love this property and we will come back.

Close to stores and beaches
Staff was rude and they go outside the main doors with guests and smoke . They also had my car towed the second week we were there. Also did not allow us to have mail come there.

How noise the 4th floor is between guests and dogs.

The room was disgusting. The sink in the bathroom didn’t work. There was Hair in the shower, the fridge was filthy. The beds smelled of urine. We got in late as we traveled all day, and when we got there no one working the front desk we had to wait 5 minutes to be let in and get checked in. We slept on top of the sheets because it was too late to find another hotel and checked out of our 2 night stay early the next morning. The lady rudely told me they don’t do refunds and that she didn’t believe the room was dirty even though she admitted to not checking that room.

It was clean and in a really good location. They allow pets, and they charge $10 a day.
You have to either wash the towels they give you or you have to be charged daily for fresh ones. Also, you’re responsible for cleaning your own room because housekeeping won’t come. I asked a lady if should could take my trash to the dumpster because she was going that way, and she said “You guys are responsible for that.” And it was really inconvenient how the all the doors are locked to even get into the building.

There was no breakfast, so I can’t answer that. There wasn’t even a coffee pot in the lobby. The ONLY positive I can say was the bed was comfortable. Floors were filthy.
For an extended stay type hotel it was the worst we have ever stayed in! There were NO dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, or hair dryer. Since we were only staying for 3 days, no housekeeping and only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths given without paying a charge! Dogs barking for all hours all around us!
