We loved the breakfast, location, staff and cleanliness of the hotel.

The only thing we did not like was the bathroom door as it was a sliding door and the family could see through the side opening into the bathroom. Also the bathroom door would slide open while you were using the bathroom.

Had trouble regulating the heat and coffee pot didn’t work. The shower head squealed also. Also the WiFi was awful!

The breakfast was good. The room was clean and everything functioned properly. The hotel appeared to be well run.

I think this is a problem for the entire chain and not necessarily this hotel. I requested room service change out our towels, take out the trash and refresh the bed sheets. No one ever came to the room until the day we were departing. The maid came at 0800 to see if we were gone yet. Luckily we were up already otherwise I would have gone to the door sleepy-eyed.

The cleanliness and functionality of the room were excellent.

Excellent location for our needs. Appreciated the free parking and that it was pet-friendly with reasonable fees. The room was super clean, the A/C and room darkening curtains worked well. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were plush. The staff were all very nice and the breakfast had a nice variety. We appreciated that the free coffee station was open all day.

No complaints. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Bad service, elevators didn't work since we arrived and they put us on the 4th floor with my veteran husband with bad knees, my 70 yr old mother and didn't want to relocate us to a room in the first floor because they said I booked it thru booking.com also my husband fell in the bathroom as soon as we walked in because his legs were very weak from 4 flights of stairs. The room was nice. The pool was nice and warm. I enjoyed the pool. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and food.

The breakfast was fair. It got cold fast. The eggs seemed to be powered. I didn’t like the food much.

Breakfast a disappointment, coffee good, however eggs, breakfast meat not good. Muffins cold, no way to heat. Overall not nearly as good a stay as a year ago. Something has changed!

Breakfast, overall appearance everywhere seems tired, lackluster!
