False Advertising: Booked Light Ship room based on website greenery outdoor photo (criminal misrepresentation) = not = dense buildings...SUPER POOR. Breakfast was also POOR for price paid: scrambled bland eggs, white plain toast & here's your bowl of fruit. Pick up your B&B game!

The most cozy and lovely house, super comfortable beds and great shower, a cute back patio and free parking in the front.

There's only staff at the house from 4pm to 6pm otherwise you'd have to call them if you need anything, which can be a bit troublesome for tourists.

The bed was very comfortable. The fireplace was great & made the stay cozy. The carpet was nice, and the staff was friendly. The location was very convenient.

There are very limited tv channels. The wifi did not work in our room. As soon as it would connect, it would stop 30 seconds later, and kept going on like that. Eventually we stopped trying to make it work. The other guests in the house were door slammers. This was a disturbance, unfortunately. Although that poor etiquette/lack of consideration from others was not the B&B’s fault, I think giving a reminder to the guest checking in that it is an shared space and to be considerate of the noises they are making would be helpful towards keeping a comfortable space for everyone.

Het ontbijt was erg simpel. We kregen ochtends scrumbled eggs met een worstje. Voor de prijs zou dit zeker uitgebreider kunnen. Bij het uitchecken hebben we naar de beveiligingscamera gezwaaid ;-)

We stayed in the Miacomet room and from the pictures and description it was not clear that the bathroom, even though private, was outside the room and you would enter it from the common hallway. This made it quite unpleasant for us as it felt a bit exposed

Super cute inn. Parking was available. The room was a lovely size - clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, lovely bathroom and shower. There was a beautiful outdoor seating area. Complimentary wine and biscuits were provided, and we took the opportunity to play some of the boardgames that were available to us. Within walking distance of some lovely restaurants in the area.

You chose a slot for breakfast (which was fine) but there was only a small dining table to sit at for this breakfast, and other guests overran on their slots, meaning that some guests had to instead sit outside in the cold to have their breakfast. We also didn't know what we were going to get for breakfast until it was put in front of us - would've been nicer to have been told beforehand so we could say yes or no thanks.

Most poorly designed shower I've ever used. The temperature controls were outside the shower and hard to reach even when you were standing on the outside.

Friendly staff, accommodating, a true bed and breakfast experience. Wine served in the evenings, fruit, tea and coffee always available, and an excellent breakfast. Lovely outside patio. Updated rooms with fresh linens and towels, well stocked with essential toiletries as well.

Getting checked in was very easy and loved the wine offering at the end of the day.

The walls are thin, we could hear another couple in the dinning room having a good time in their room. Parking is limited. I wish there was a choice of bacon and eggs vs just bacon and pancakes as wife and I are not big on high carb meals.

The room was well designed and very comfortable. The location is great to walk into the town, where there are lots of nice places to to eat and shop. Also only a 15 min walk to the beach.

Breakfast choice could have been better. It was very nice but it was a little take it or leave it.

Great location, nice facility but upgraded room with shower and spa tub right in the main room was not to our taste. Outside staircase access to room when raining awkward. Glad we didn’t have to pay the going price for the room as we sure did not see the value for the price.

Bad communications spoiled our visit. Booked room had a maintenance issue and we were upgraded to another room but no one told us so there was confusion on arrival. Breakfast food suffered from sitting aside due to chef believing meal would be served in room but lady who greeted us assigned us a specific time in the dining room so we were waiting there but chef took food to room. Our dining companions came to dining room 10 minutes early and were served along with an earlier sitting of folks. So we ended up dining alone without the companionship and it took awhile after the assigned time for the food to catch up with us. No contact with owners just staff depersonalized the experience.

I could hear cars as it is located on the street, but it was not a problem
