As always Rick and Sherri are and were amazing hosting myself and my fiancé'. We will be back in the fall for sure. This was my third stay.

Rick and Cheri were excellent hosts- Personable, informative, had great suggestions regarding things to do and where to shop, etc. They engaged us whenever we sat down for their delicious full plate breakfast, or. when, we sat in the main house living room resting or reviewing local restaurant ratings/ menus or places to go hike or shop. Nice couple who work really hard to ensure our stay was exceptional. The two person spa-bath was relaxing and enjoyable, particularly with a tv set in the bathroom.
Our Volery Suite had a musty smell as it was on the deck level and located on the wooded side of the property. Rick cleaned the air conditioner filter and ensured the de-humidifier was turned on- Once that was done the room perked up and we enjoyed the accomodation.

This was our second stay at the Heartstone. It is an incredible B & B! The owners, Rick and Cheri, are more like “old friends” as soon as you meet them!

We enjoyed the delicious, gourmet, breakfast each day! Our cottage was in a great location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, & the Intrigue theater magic show. Eureka Springs is unique. It is a charming, hilly, eclectic, town!

The breakfast was fabulous both days. It was so well prepared and the dining room was gorgeous. Rick and Cherie are perfect hosts and the staff was friendly and courteous.
We honestly have no complaints and cant think of a single thing that needed to be changed or fixed. The bathroom was adequately stocked, the shower and tub was incredible.

It was delicious and service was excellent! We felt pampered the entire time we were there. The office was open until 8:00 pm where we got soft drinks, bottled water and ice they any time we needed them. There was no extra charge for anything. There were snacks provided during the day located on the patio area. A special gift to everyone were the beautiful hummingbirds putting on a show for us, as well as variety of birds and squirrels!! Our hosts were outstanding and made our stay here a beautiful time!!

We really enjoyed the gourmet breakfast in the morning. They have a beautiful outdoor space with lots of birdfeeders. Was fun to talk to the owners about Eureka Springs.

The owners were very hospitable! This was one of my best experiences of all bed and breakfast I have visited! The breakfast was delicious! The owners quietly meet all expectations and were very friendly! Will highly recommend and will be back!

The room was perfect, cozy, updated, comfy bed. All the guests tended to wander over to the deck in the trees mornings & evenings to watch the hummingbirds feed & mingle. Met some fascinating people from all over! Would highly recommend!

Friendly staff that wanted to accomodate guests. Delicious homemade breakfast food that was brought to the room. Room had fire place and chairs to sit in. The room was spacious. Homemade goodies/drinks available in the office every day. Parking was easy. Great recommendations on local restaurants etc.
Decor was dated and looked like it hadn't ever been updated. Shower was very tiny. Bed was ok, comfort wise.
