Clean and quiet - until the people in the next room decided to blast the tv and party almost all night. It definitely made a good experience bad.

The fact that people can be allowed to make noise all night and the management doesn’t even notice or intervene.

The beds were really comfortable and plenty of towels. Friendly and efficient staff including friendly breakfast bar gal.

The breakfast could have higher quality food. Disliked the paper bacon and tasteless waffle mix. Could have been better.

Everything about the property was ok

I didn’t like that the curtains in the bedroom didn’t close to keep the sunlight out. I didn’t like that pets were allowed in the establishment and they could be left unattended. The barking all night was ridiculous!

The breakfast was a wonderful addition. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was billed the wrong amount at first but it was a pending transaction. Once the transaction went through, it was for the correct amount. The room was wonderful and I loved the shower! There was plenty of room and I appreciated the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker since I was on business and didn’t have time to eat out. The pillow options were delightful and the bed was comfortable.

The pool looked a little rough which was a bit disappointing but it has so much potential! The WiFi was definitely difficult to access in some parts of my room but overall it was fine. I did miss the turn to get to the hotel quite a few times so it can be a bit tricky to find if you don’t know the area. I wasn’t able to find the hotel on the Marriott Bonvoy sight and no one picked up when I had a billing question.

The lock on my door did not engage. The overhead light was out. Had to ask for towels at the pool.

One of the best breakfast included breakfasts around. (real bacon and scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, fruit, muffins, cereal, yogurt, great coffee and juices) Room was super clean with comfy bed. Near Keswick Theater with many upscale neighborhood amenities like restaurants, shops etc... $99 weekday rate made this place an absolute steal. Avoid the hassle and stress of driving and parking in Philly. This Hotel is 8 minute drive to Willow Grove suburban rail station where you can park for free and take a relaxing 30 minute ride directly to city center attactions. A facility this nice would cost three or four times as much in downtown Philadelphia.
