Breakfast was not great, and very expensive. The lunch menu and food were excellent. The restaurant serving dinner was excellent.
TV and Netflix were not available. A past customer locked the safe. We called three times for service, and they never fixed the issue. One of the shades was not working correctly. We could not entirely close for the evening. The air conditioner was not working correctly and was very loud. The bathroom floor could be cleaner. The bedroom floor was not clean. The cottage decor is old and tired.

rooms were wonderful, very well decorated and a great size. beach was absolutely stunning
the pool could do with a renovation and there could be another communal space for drinks in the evening.

The staff and attention to their customers was excellent! Quick to respond and provide solutions as needed. The rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable.
It's a very large property that is hard to maneuver without the use of a golf cart. It makes getting around difficult trying to stay out of the way of golf carts and navigating the property with little direction.

amazing location, the beach is gorgeous and the beach facilities excellent
the resort is dated, and whilst everyone has been very friendly, staff didn’t really deliver for us. we asked only for two things during a week’s stay and none was resolved by front desk.

Location, location, location - proximity to Pink Sands beach. Individual accommodation was lovely. The bar and beach bar were both excellent.
The property overall seems tired. The pool in particular was not used once during our stay by any resident due to its faded tired facade, moss-covered decking and location on the property, removed a distance from the beach and the views. The phone did not work and was not repaired, hence we had to attend reception several times during the stay. We were there for our anniversary but they completely ignored this special occasion despite being advised by my husband in advance. Overall the customer care was significantly lacking.

Fantastic location. Bahamian lifestyle so the waiting time is long but considering the atmosphere this is not an issue.
There was no gym in the resort. Missed a good indoor cycle trainer.

Breakfast was perfection. Perched on a lovely deck, with the unobstructed view of the glorious pink sands beach... couldn't have asked for a nicer way to start the day. Delicious breakfast
