No breakfast facilities - Nearby breakfast cafe options are limited by walking distance and opening times. Minor issue was we had a room for 3 people, but towels etc only provided for 2 but obtained after request

The staff here is excellent! Some of the best customer service I have ever received in Fairbanks and I have been here many times and stayed in most of the hotels. Room is small but super clean and cozy w a nice view of the river and mountains.

I wish the rooms were sound proofed a bit better. You can hear everything. Drunk people stumbling in between 2 and 3 AM was annoying. Just happened one Saturday night after a big Holiday event in town. Not a deal breaker for me. Customer service made up for it.

I never found the thermostat, the room was cold, approximately 63 or 64 degrees F. at BEST. I checked EVERY wall for a thermostat with no luck nor was there one on the baseboard heater, didn't find a blanket. I folded the bedding to double the thickness, put on my socks, and used a bath towel as a cover for my shoulders. I rather enjoy a cool room for sleeping but this was cold. I say that as an Alaskan for 40 years. I did not request a blanket since I thought it would get better, no joy.
