Don’t be fooled by pool. No pool. Pool not open sign looks permanent

We liked that it was pet friendly and they had an elevator for our disabled son.
We didn’t like that it is a non smoking place and all we smelt was marijuana. Non smoking was not enforced. Dogs are supposed to be on a leash and owners are supposed to clean up after them and that was not enforced.

Lost my dog and they where no help finding her even kick me out because had to many people coming and going and it was people helping me find my dog Crazy

Nothing much I lost my dog there and it took them 2days to tell which way she went than kick me out because I had to many people coming and going they said which where people helping me look for my dog that's all any way after 6 long days yes I got her back thank god
The people working there was not helpful at all they even took down the flyer o put up about her.

The water pressure in showers was not good it was very important to have a good water pressure when you want to take a shower and you’re tired and dirty.

The room was not up to standards, I wrote to the room management through this app no reply. I spoke with gentleman at front desk upon checkout and still have heard back nothing. There was chew marks in my foot stool, water damage or a ripped up floor. the shower spout had cracks all around it and more.

I felt safe, and the staff and management went above and beyond!

The gentleman at the front was rude. Ask for towels and basically called me a lier. He said you have towels in your room already. Yes but only one set. They have a stove to cook but the smoke detected went off so you couldn't cook. The back burner didn't work. Outside the hooked keeper coming to the back parking area. The people above us must been dancing all-night.

Loved the location and the room was comfortable.
The morning staff worker is VERY RUDE AND HAS BAD ENERGY. HE TALKS TO YOU LIKE YOUR A CHILD OR YOU JUST DONT MATTER AT ALL. IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR A FEW YEARS AND I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THE AMOUNT OF DISRESPECT THAT I DID ON THIS LAST STAY. MIGHT NOT BE GOING BACK FOR A COUPLE MORE MONTHS. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE CUSTOMER INTERACTION. I WOULD BEVER BE AS RUDE RO ANYONE AS THEY WERE TO ME.
