I asked for extra towels did get them.

Check in was a breeze and the front desk was very welcoming. The room was huge and the king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

In the room there was a fabric couch and it had multiple stains and one of the bath towels was also dirty.

No breakfast. Location good.

Hotel rooms don't match advertisements.

not clean. smelled like smoke. floors were sticky. staff was stand offish. awful. do not recommend.

Room was very nice and clean. Room attendants ensured a quiet and comfortable stay.

Front desk attendants were hard to find at times.

Did not stay long enough to have breakfast.

Better smell ÷

The room was nothing as advertised in the pictures. It was in very poor conditions. It’s winter and there was no comforter on the bed just a single white bed sheet. Bathroom had no complementary shampoo, condition or lotion just a few small soaps. No blow dryer. From the minute we walked in to check in at the front desk it was reaking of cigarettes smoke. All night long we couldn’t breath properly of the smoke cent. We were to check out at 11 Am as soon as our eyes open at 8:45 we rushed to leave the room because the cigarette scent got worst. We checked in about 5 AM by 8:45 room service woke us up. Like why?? We would have called for room services if we needed it. Why come knocking on the room doors. We couldn’t go back to sleep because of the smoke smell and the noise outside of the room with house keeping. I didn’t mind spending the $160 for the room they advertised but omg we were so disappointed. Never going there or any of their branches every! Also their towels are so thin an it’s like they don’t even have enough towels to leave like 4 in each room. We had to share towels …smh.. I have so much complaints just for one night because of the money I paid for a poor poor poor room.

I didn’t liked anything. They need to do better. They are over charging for their rooms and services.
