This bed and breakfast is great! Very cozy and with a nostalgic vibe. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed in it. It really felt like the hosts had thought of all the tiny details. The location is great, 1 min away from the T and davis square. The hosts were attentive and helpful. Breakfast is nice with a big variety and consideration of food restrictions. Highly recommend!

The location was really amazing, it was very close to the red-line and easily accessible. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby, convenience stores and shops too! Overall it was a great stay.
I thought it was a great stay, the cat was adorable. Very clean! It was ideal for me since my only requirement was to be close to the T for ease of travel.

We had an excellent stay! The check in was smooth and the place was quaint and functional. The breakfast and daily baked goods were an excellent touch. The bathroom and shower pressure were great. A short walk (5 min or less) to the T. Some good restaurants and bars in the area but the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed chatting with the other guests over breakfast and it was clear some kept coming back to the same B&B and it was clear why! Would definitely come back. Thanks!
It was a little tight for 4 people in one room but we appreciate the availability of beds and we were happy to pay for only one room.

The room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast was good and it was very close to the T. The staff/owner was also lovely!
There was a shared bathroom. It wasn't a big deal because they were checking to make sure everyone was vaccinated and it was very clean but I would have preferred my own bathroom during Covid.

Beautiful, cozy B&B in a fantastic location right in Davis Square. Maria was really nice and helpful, and the cat was so cute! The muffins and coffee were delicious. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the garden. Would definitely stay again :)

* Keypad access was super convenient
* Very nice owner and staff (there was a substitute the last day when the owner was away, and the substitute was super nice and friendly)
* Bathrooms were clean
* Good coffee, with great old fashioned manual push-type brew bottle
* Lydia the cat!
* Breakfast was OK, it was the same every day - small cupcake muffins, cereal, sourdough bread, orange juice, coffee, some fresh fruit on a couple of days. Would have liked more variety.

Breakfast was very nice: healthy and filling. I appreciated all the fresh fruit and home baked goods and excellent quality yogurt! The location was wonderful: we didn't rent a car and got around on the T. Station is 2 short blocks away.
Facilities very nice. Appreciated ability to use living and dining room as sometimes my teenaged son and i needed a little space from each other. The outside patios are quite inviting. Ron even allowed us to do a load of laundry without extra charges. Very kind owners, but in no way intrusive.
Communication after booking about late arrival was speedy and accommodating.
