Staff basically ignored me for like five minutes when I first arrived to check in. Then she talked so quietly I could hardly hear her. When checking out in the morning I had to yell to get assistance because they were back in a hallway behind the desk talking very loudly,not out at the desk where they should be when it’s close to checkout time.

Nothing the whole process was a disaster.

I was charged for 2 rooms, only received the keys to one because their system wasn't updating to show both rooms paid for, even tho I showed them where the money was taken out for both rooms in my account. I ended up having to call the police. It was 9 when we tried to get checked in and I didn't get into my room until 3am. I spent the whole night in the lobby debating about my room. And the manager/ owner was on the property but stated he wasn't coming outta his room to deal with the situation. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever. The room she tried to put us in ended up having a hole in the window so I wasn't staying there. It was a horrible experience after driving 3 hours and just wanting to shower and rest. Don't get me started on the room. They definitely need a remodel. Elevators license is expired. Major water damage in halls. U can smell the mold. But when its late and u have nowhere else to stay its horrible. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

the price was good and the bed was comfortable but that is the best I can say

in need of an update. missing pieces of the flooring, bathtub didn’t drain, usb plugs in the lamps didn’t work,

you can park right outside your hotel room.

Room wasn’t clean, I’m sure nobody changed the sheets, I found a lot of hair. All night I heard screaming people outside, staff didn’t do anything but they have cameras everywhere. I drove all day I need to rest and sleep before next day of driving so staying at this hotel was a nightmare. I need my money back!!!
