Great location, convenient to the main highway yet surprisingly quiet. Grounds are attractively landscaped. Outstanding breakfast and very hospitable owners.

Bridgett and Bill were super responsive to my dietary wishes and the food is beyond delicious! The indoor and outdoor spaces are marvelous. I look forward to my next visit and will highly recommend this beautiful B & B!

I was passing through for work, coming out of Chicago and was lucky enough to book this gem of a place! The hosts are so welcoming and attentive. The room was very clean and cozy, the fire place had it toasty within 5 minutes and they even bring you breakfast in the morning if you request it(and it was delicious!)! That was new to me, it was awesome lol I didn’t think there was much in Iowa, but if I ever have the option to come back here, I’m doing it!

The breakfast served on both days were pleasing to the eye and the stomach!

The air in our room seemed really dry.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The beds and sheets were AMAZING!!! It was so relaxing. We loved the location and the view from our room was awesome.

We had almost no hot water in the shower and we even tried different times in the morning. One morning it was actually cold.

The breakfast was absolutely awesome. Great everything you need to get going through the rest of the day.

I would like to thank Bridget and Bill for there wonderful hospitality. Bridget your breakfasts were delicious, unfortunately now my husband expects me to cook like that lol. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part was the gardens. We spent alot of time sitting and relaxing and watching the 🦌 deer. When we come back we will not stay anywhere else but here. Thank you again

Our room had a balcony which was very nice. We were able to enjoy some time out there. We had a very spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the in bedroom whirlpool.
