The room size. The cleanliness of the room and all surfaces. The whole hotel was clean, down to the pool and gym areas. The staff was welcoming and courteous. The ability to refrigerate. The Keurig. The netflix. Free wifi. The bed was very comfortable. And I really liked the seating area in the room. Was like being at home.

There was quite a bit of noise, from other guests into the late hours and some sort of banging sounds coming from somewhere above the bathroom very early in the morning. The smell of weed throughout the floor but it didn't make it into the room thank goodness. The breakfast although generous, was not great, but thanks for trying. I couldn't get any place to deliver food. No tub.

TV channels seemed limited to me. Unless you like sports and I don't! The shower really needs some safety updates: a bar on the wall, a rubber mat on the floor, etc. I did feel a little nervous taking a shower. No in-room safe?

It was very easy to find. It was very busy that night, but the reservation staff were very welcoming. The room size was big. For just one, it was more than enough. The breakfast all looked good. I chose from the hot selections and enjoyed it all.

The lighting in the bathroom is very dim, which made it difficult to apply make-up effectively. It looked as though there was lighting over the sink, but there was no way to turn it on, or maybe it just wasn't working.

Location, free parking, spacious rooms, friendly staff.

The only thing I missed was a jacuzzi in the pool area.

Good as any other SpringHill Suites. Very comfortable, nice breakfast, It took us 45 min car ride to Manhattan.

Great size room for a family of 5, lighting in room could be better. Pool was great and warm. Breakfast was perfect to fill up before a busy day.
