I love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone!! I wish I had the money to keep staying there though the weekend!! Thank you for all that helped me I really appreciate everything!!

It was in the perfect location. Great pool. Very friendly staff. Very clean

No free breakfast. At least fruit and cereal and toast.

Cleanliness

Stuff treatment. I paid extra for the breakfast for Stuff that not mentioned in the reservation.

Nothing!

When we arrived the room had not been cleaned or sanitized. Because of the level of scale and soil build up, it didn't appear to us that cleaning was a normal procedure for this location. By this time it was questionable that the linens had even been changed. It was fairly late and management did not have staff available to correct the issues, nor did they seem interested. The front desk manager said they would not charge us for the stay and suggested we book elsewhere - which we did and booked next door at the Holiday Inn Express. We intend to file a complaint with upper management. This place is filthy, unsanitary, and absolutely not recommended.
